Casio Adds Marine-Inspired EMA100-1AV To Its Edifice Collection
Casio is excited to introduce its first marine-inspired timepiece to its popular EDIFICE collection. The EMA100-1AV adds a new twist to the line with a stylish blue and black design that is reminiscent of water, as well as a powerful feature set including water resistance up to 200 meters, a tide indicator and a moon graph.

With summer quickly approaching, Casio's EMA100-1AV provides users with several capabilities ideal for outdoor and water activities. As the most diversified timepiece in the EDIFICE collection, the EMA100-1AV has both a moon graph and tide indicator which acts as guides to keep track of moon phase and tides when fishing, surfing or other outdoor or beach excursions. The tide indicator can be found at the 10 o'clock position on the dial, while the moon graph is located at the 4 o'clock position.
The timepiece has an Anti-Reverse Rotating Bezel that enables users to accurately coordinate the timing of dives or swims. To operate, the user simply rotates the bezel clockwise until the pointer is in line with the minute hand, so one can observe how much time has elapsed in an analog format. The anti-reverse function ensures that the bezel will not lead to any incorrect timing by accidentally spinning in the opposite direction.
As the most diversified timepiece in the EDIFICE collection, the EMA100-1AV has both a moon graph and tide indicator which acts as guides to keep track of moon phase and tides when fishing, surfing or other outdoor or beach excursions.
The EMA100-1AV also features a comfortable and durable black, resin band and an auto LED backlight that ensures high brightness and a quick, easy read in any environment. With four separate alarms, a 1,000-hour 1/100th second stopwatch and a 24-hour countdown timer, which can be set to remind users of important meetings or appointments, the EMA100-1AV is a perfect combination of work and play.
